Non‑Refundable Purchase — All parcel purchase fees are final.

One Parcel Per Account — No exceptions. Creating multiple accounts to obtain more parcels results in a permanent grid ban.

No Skyboxes — Skyboxes are not permitted on free parcels.

Residential Use Only — No clubs, casinos, commercial buildings, or businesses. No ban lines. No banning members.

No Group Deeding — Deeding parcels to a group will cause loss of all parcels deeded to that group.

Parcel Development Requirement — You must begin developing your parcel within 7 days, or it will be reclaimed.

One Free Parcel Per Resident — Only one free parcel is allowed per resident.Building & Object Rules

No Glow Effects — Please avoid glow on objects out of respect for neighbors.

No Breedables or Heavy Scripts — No breedables, heavily scripted objects, or NPCs.

Unobtrusive Terraforming Allowed — Light terraforming is permitted.

Stay Within Parcel Lines — No off‑parcel or off‑region items.

No Particles Left Running — Do not leave balloons, NPC particles, or any particle systems running on the SIM.

No Beacons — Beacons are not allowed on free parcels.

Home Size Restrictions — No tree houses, no castles. Please keep homes at a medium size.

Reclaiming Rules

Non‑Member Parcel Reclaim — Parcels owned by non‑GentleFireGrid members will be reclaimed immediately.

30‑Day Empty Parcel Reclaim — Free parcels left empty for more than 30 days will be reclaimed.

6‑Month Inactivity Rule — If you have not logged into GentleFireGrid for over 2 WEEKS, your land will be reclaimed. Important Notice
