Effective Immediately

1. Resident Conduct
Treat all residents with kindness, respect, and maturity.
No harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, or disruptive behavior.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

2. Region & Property Respect
Do not enter, modify, alter, interfere with, or inspect another resident’s region, home, shop, or objects without explicit permission.

3. God Powers Usage
God powers may only be used on your own region.
Unauthorized use on other regions or residents is strictly prohibited.
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.4. Object & Item Permissions
Do not remove, adjust, copy, or take items from land that is not yours.
Permission is required for any interaction with another resident’s objects.

5. Community Standards
Gentle Fire Grid is a family‑focused, unity‑driven community.
All behavior must support kindness, safety, and a drama‑free environment.

6. DRM & Creator Rights
Gentle Fire Grid uses OpenSimulator DRM permissions (copy / modify / transfer).
You must respect all creator rights.
You are fully responsible for any unlawful or unauthorized use of content.
7. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years or older to access or use Gentle Fire Grid.

8. Prohibited Technical Actions
You may not:

Access resources through automated or unethical means
interfere with servers, networks, or other users
Grief, disrupt, or remove others’ property

Attempt unauthorized access
Violations may result in suspension or permanent removal.

9. Account Responsibility
You must keep your login information confidential.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Unauthorized activity may result in civil or criminal liability.

0. Billing & Payment Policy
Stopping payment on any credit card or PayPal order made in‑world or through the billing dashboard is prohibited.
Payment is due on the 1st of each month unless you contact the Owner.
A 3‑day late fee begins after the 1st.
If payment is not received, your home will be frozen, and deleted if payment remains unresolved.

11. TOS Modifications
The grid may update the TOS at any time without notice.
Continued use of the grid means you accept all updated terms.
12. External Content Responsibility
Gentle Fire Grid.NET is not responsible for any buildings, objects, or creations that originate from other grids, adventures, or external platforms.
We do not replace, rebuild, repair, or restore content imported from outside sources.
All such items remain your sole responsibility.
Disputes or issues involving external content will not be handled by the grid.
13. Personal Disputes & Resident Conflict
Gentle Fire Grid Owners and Admins are not responsible for personal disputes, arguments, or conflicts you have with friends or other individuals.
You are expected to manage your own situation using the available tools, including:

Ban,Derender,Mute,DimOccasionally, staff may intervene at their discretion, but resolving personal conflicts is your responsibility.
